A short version

We ask for as little as possible. Notes and checklist emails are stored so we can reply. We do not sell them.

The /ask and /selling-first forms collect a first name, email, why you are writing (a move here, a realtor where you live now, or both), optional cities, timeframe, and whatever you choose to write. The checklist field collects only an email. Sharing an event on /events collects an optional name, an email or phone, the event title, and an optional note. Those notes are stored so we can reply. We do not sell them.

Weather and Census requests go to Open-Meteo, the U.S. Census Bureau, and the National Weather Service. Those services see a server request, not your form answers.

Google Analytics and a Meta Pixel send page views so we can see which pages people open and, roughly, which country or city they visit from. The Meta Pixel is used for ad measurement and retargeting. Neither tool receives the notes you type in a form.
