Official name: Durbin Crossing PUD. Marketing village names run long — Laurel Estates, Leith Hall, Crestwood Park, and many others. Those are neighborhoods, not separate county PUDs.
This is northwest St. Johns: Fruit Cove / Durbin Park shopping gravity, a shorter Jacksonville commute than Nocatee, and less “brand new village” energy. Most conversations are resale.
Durbin Park PUD on the county map is a different project. Do not conflate the shopping-area name with this ordinance.
