County GIS lists this as Nocatee. That is also the name most people type. Under it sit many villages — Twenty Mile, Town Center, and others the county records as marketing names — and they do not all feel the same at 7:30 a.m.
This is the CR 210 / 9B version of St. Johns: trails, splash parks, a town center that keeps a lot of weekends local, and construction traffic where new streets are still opening.
