World Golf Village is less a single neighborhood than a cluster: the Hall of Fame area, surrounding subdivisions, and retail along International Golf Parkway. Next door, World Commerce Center is the I-95 interchange story — boxes, logistics, and more plans in review — not a second downtown. It is convenient. It is not walkable in the St. Augustine sense.
